1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at digitechmedia.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

Digitech Media LLC provides a range of web services including, but not limited to:

Web Hosting — Shared, VPS, cloud, and dedicated hosting solutions with 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Web Design — Custom website design and development services tailored to your business needs.
SEO Services — Search engine optimization strategies to improve your organic search visibility.
Server Management — Managed server administration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Website Maintenance — Ongoing updates, security patches, and performance optimization for existing websites.

Digitech Media LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring services (such as hosting and maintenance plans) are billed on a monthly basis on the date of your original subscription.

Payments not received within 15 days of the invoice due date may result in service suspension. Digitech Media LLC reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of payment. Setup fees and domain registration fees are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Conducting or participating in any illegal activity
Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Abusing shared hosting resources in a manner that degrades performance for other users
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
Storing or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digitech Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

In no event shall Digitech Media LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services exceed the total fees paid by you to Digitech Media LLC in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Digitech Media LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target, service availability may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

7. Changes to These Terms

Digitech Media LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
